If you would like to track your package(s), simply click the View your order button in your shipment confirmation email (don’t forget to check any spam folders) and click the Tracking Number found on this page. Lost the email? Contact us and we’ll resend it for you!
Estimated delivery times for USA orders is 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times for International orders is 8-25 business days.
Certain items are shipped separately from our various different partners, resulting in separate packages, which is why you have not received the rest of your order yet.

Please allow 2-5 business days after shipment to allow the tracking system to update.
We provide shipping to all of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of European Union countries such as Germany, Africa and the UK.
We process and ship most of our orders within 24 hours. Delivery time will be different depending on where you are, more than 85% of the orders arrive within 10-15 business days. Due to high demand, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items to you. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.

- Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
- Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
- Click “Check Out” in the pop-up window.
- In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click “Continue to Shipping Method”
- Click “Continue to payment method” on the next screen
- Then fill in your credit card information and click “complete order” to finish the transaction.
An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier’s website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at email@example.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order, it’s likely they were marked as spam or you have mistypes your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at Vipbeauti1@gmail.comwith your order number/ details and we will check for you.
When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code text box, which is located on the right side of the checkout page.
If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the order summary.
You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code. You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.
